At UBBs Packaging, we take great pride in the quality of our packaging solutions. Since many of our products are made-to-order or customized, we follow a clear returns and refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.


1. Custom Orders

Custom packaging products (with your logo, design, or specifications) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • The item is damaged during delivery
  • The product you received is different from what you ordered (wrong size, type, or print)
  • There is a clear printing or manufacturing defect

If you experience any of the above, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or partial/full refund, depending on the situation.


2. Non-Custom Products

For non-custom or standard items (if offered on our website), we accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product:

  • Is unused and in original packaging
  • Has not been altered or damaged
  • Is eligible under our returnable product list

Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you by email
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days

Note: If you paid via bank transfer, please provide your account details when requested.


4. Exchanges

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not offer exchanges for custom orders unless there is a valid error on our part.


5. Cancellations

If you want to cancel a custom order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. Once production starts, we are unable to cancel it due to the nature of customization.


6. Shipping Delays or Damage

We carefully pack all orders, but sometimes things happen during delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 3 days, along with photo/video proof. We’ll help you file a claim or offer a replacement depending on the situation.
